Hi! I'm Colin Coffey, owner and Licensed Massage Therapist. For over 13 years I have provided massage therapy in the same location in the South Wedge, Rochester, NY. Check out Renewing-Massage unsolicited reviews on Google. "Especially for the Holidays give yourself, a friend, a spouse, a family member the gift of massage therapy to de-stress and/or enjoy the Season more!"
Reducing stress is recognized by the National Institutes of Health as a positive impact on your health – you don’t need a medical degree to know that though. Especially now during our response to Covid-19 managing stress in healthy ways is important - and massage therapy can be one of the positive tools to reduce stress and manage anxiety.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist by the State of New York I can work with you (where medically appropriate) to help to reduce stress and improve muscle tone
and function using scientifically developed massage techniques.
